Video freezes at first frame

Small update on TVOS. I am able to get the Live TV to play by once I see the first frame clicking like a pause and scolling to the right and clicking like I'm fast forwarding.

However, I do get a client null error on both live tv and other material saying failure to refreshValue (or something like that). Can easily restart from those errors but they happen.

set the encoder profile limit to Main. Then I reset the server and tried playing a video with AAC audio. And it still froze on the first frame.

Unfortunately the profile limit setting doesn't survive restarts of the server (yet).

I can confirm that this problem exists on my Apple TV for live tv. Worked fine until about a month ago and now getting a frozen first frame. It does work after pausing and fast forwarding a bit.
