Playback freezing

For a paid subscription, playback is very horrible.

constantly freezing and buggy.

A little more info would be helpful

• What is the server running on Hardware / OS
• What devices are having issues
• I presume it is local network if so are you using IP to connect or DLNA / UPNP 
• On the apps have you changed Settings > Video > Local / Internet quality to say 4K max bitrate of your lan, as it appears to not direct play, if it's set to Auto change that as auto has never worked for me reliably causing the transcode, also On the server side have you placed a limit on bandwidth.
• You have a lot of plugins installed, do you really use all of them if not remove some

How have you set the network settings in Emby server settings, only part way through the logs but you have a lot of port mapping errors and upnp errors

Yes please post the ffmpeg log also.

Don't know the "Emby for Android" client but have you tried adjusting the client playback quality?

Yes, if this is a remote connection, that is usually the reason and solution for freezing, stuttering, etc.
