Can I change the background image of media on the server side?

What has happened is when I've uploaded media, in some instances, the metadata pulled by Emby was either the wrong movie entirely or the wrong version. I was able to change the poster and other metadata but when I click on the media to play it, the background image does not match the media. I would appreciate any help on this. Thank you.
