Recorded Live TV Video Stops But Audio Continues

This has been happening at least once a week for live shows that are recorded. It's not every show, and it's random on when it happens during the show, but the show will play fine and then suddenly the video stops but the audio keeps going. The only fix I've found is to totally back out of Emby and restart. I've attached two logs, one with the video stopping (designated with a 1) and one where it played fine (designated with a 2). This happened on the Emby app on Roku.
