Libraries appear in Nvidia shield "play next" list that shouldnt

2.0.70g with latest shield firmware 9.0.1

 

The home screen on the shield contains content from a library that is unchecked in the "allow items from the following libraries to appear in the latest and next up" list in Emby under Home Settings. This clutters up the home view with random clips/commercials from my library.

This behavior wasn't present until this past week so it appears that a recent release broke this functionality and it no longer filters on the Nvidia/Google home page.
