intranetsnob 0 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Hi guys, Question. So I have my machine #1 which I ran a scan and picked up approx. 50 collections (boxset) through the library settings as indicated (now that the plugin is gone) However, I have another machine #2, same setup and it has picked up over 150+ collection (boxset) The only difference is, on machine #1, I found the library option for boxset a bit after the scan. How do I re-scan the library to get all my collections on machine #1? I have tried re-scanning the library thinking it will add however, its not. Hope this makes sense, look forward to your response.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted March 17, 2022 Posted March 17, 2022 Library scans will only create Collections if the item metadata has info for the Collection. Do you write nfo files with media? If so can you post nfo file for item that belong to a Collection that was not create for a specific example. But sounds like you will have to Refresh (refresh all or search for missing) the entire Movie libraries to get missing information to create the missing Collections. At the same time you will need to ensure TMDB metadata provider is enabled.
intranetsnob 0 Posted March 17, 2022 Author Posted March 17, 2022 Thanks, how does one search the entire missing library for it? As the same exact setup with no extra information collects the data and collections properly, its only the #1 that has not. Thanks.

Then just give it a little time. Please let us know if that helps. Thanks.

If yes then i would agree there is a issue and need to see nfo files, if no then these two server can and most likely will have different data.
intranetsnob 0 Posted March 18, 2022 Author Posted March 18, 2022 Got it all sorted guys. Just had to refresh all 'metadata' on machine #1 and collection back to match #2 Cheers.
