Cannot add user

Hi, like usual , the same issue when adding new users .

I have a new user that created a new account in emby ,i add the user to my emby server ,the user received an email (welcome to bla bla ) and when  the user is trying to connect to the emby server the same error "wrong user name and password "  (i reset the password 50000 millions times ) (i deleted and readded the user ) same issue 

any ideas ?
