DJX 18 Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 Hi all I have a video which was taking on a mobile phone (Samsung ZFLIP 3) in Portrait mode. When its played on the phone, its full screen as I hold the phone. However, on Emby, it rotates and I need to turn my phone. Therefore the video is really small on screen with the black empty space either side. Any idea why this is? Luke 42077 Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Hi, if you're holding the phone in landscape orientation, this would be expected, right?

Emby rotates it by itself so in order for me to watch the video I HAVE to turn my phone so my eyes can see it correctly !

edvinmorales@hotmail.com 5 Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 Is there a way to save my video aspect ratio to fill, for everything instead of doing it for every movie?? See picture below
edvinmorales@hotmail.com 5 Posted May 11, 2023 Posted May 11, 2023 Playing with external player is better for full screen in vlc , but cant see movie name or artwork, is there an improvememt for emby media player coming soon?? Or maybe a vlc integration?
