Sorry,

The problem is the following. There are some movies / TV series that are played by some devices while others are not. In the logs I am sending you you will find "2022-03-19 10: 17: 05.922 Info SessionManager: Playback stopped reported by app Emby for Android 3.1.80 playing Surprise attack !!. Stopped at 0 ms".
This series works on Firestick and IOS but not on android and TV, Why?

I also inform you that the transcoding is disabled so as to avoid the server explosion, is there any way to make everything work without problems? Do you see anything in the LOGs that can help me? Thank you.

Hi.  That is most likely why.  Please read the help text under those options.  Transcoding is an essential feature of a media server so that your media can play on all devices.  If you disable it, then  you may not be able to play your media on all devices.

So the only solution is transcoding?

Or, don't play any internal tracks which aren't compatible with your device.  For instance  if using the Samsung app make sure what you're using is included in the tables of your user's manual.  If you try to use something that isn't supported by your device (i.e. PGS subs) then it needs to be transcoded in order to play.  This is why I always keep a compatible track which can be used on all clients as an alternate.

Also check to see if you don't have a bitrate limit set on your clients.  That will force an unneeded transcode

Oh, and I would remove the CA plugin.  Your log is filled with errors to remove it.

If the Samsung or LG video player does not support the content you're trying to play, then yes.
