emby stopped getting metadata and images for newly added movies

Greetings:

Just this week when I add new movies files to my library, the server does not download metadata nor images to the new files. Also, the internet trailers either don't load at all, or load very slowly.

I will attach the server text file from this morning.

Can someone please help?

Also just for fun, I connected my laptop to my iPhone hotspot and Emby worked just fine. So obviously it is my local LAN, right?

It's possible, yes. All outgoing requests are timing out and failing. Generally this is a sign that something is blocking the server such as a firewall, security software, or VPN. I would check on that.

I did a complete reset of my home network and that seemed to solve the issue.
