Oh, ok. I'll try that now. When I tried playing a 10-bit file with the mpv you sent me it just crashes as soon as I try to open the file. I enabled logging, but it didn't create the log file, so I manually created the file, but a crash didn't log anything

For the mpv test, comment out the audio-spdif line in the conf

The 8bit files seemed to play well enough, it's just the 10 it files that are unwatchable on this machine, and unfortunately pretty much all of my H265 files are 10 bit...

Yeah, your hardware doesn't support 10 bit, and your cpu doesn't have enough juice. But at least you have options, now
