Allow custom order of users

This may seem silly but I'd love the ability to customize the order that users show in the client(s). Currently they are alphabetical but I'd like to propose that we be given the option to order them as we choose. A simple drag/drop on the users page or even a manual `sort order` on the user profile edit would be sufficient.

Adding sorting controls to that screen is certainly possible.
