Issue with Emby installed on MS Server 2019 playback from GDrive

I recently moved my Emby server from a Windows 11 machine accessing some items from my GDrive without issue. Since installing Emby on Server 2019 Essentials I can play local stored media, but I get "No compatible streams are currently availablle" error when trying to play from the GDrive. Emby was able to download all the filenames and build the library without any issue, it just doesn't seem to be able to play them. I am guessing there is some sort of permissions error problem that I am just not grasping. I can play a file from GDrive using Windows Media Player no problem on the computer. It is only Emby that can't access it.

Would appear you have a permissions issue with your media.
