I have a lifetime subscription also. Keeps saying my account has been locked. Someone please help. User name of locked account "jtimmyf" email tim@techguytim.com Can't log into this website or emby connect. Nothing

This is what I get: If we were able to find an account for the email address supplied, an email will be sent with further instructions to recover your account. Check your email within the next few minutes, including any junk or spam folders. If you do not receive an email within the next few minutes, please verify the information supplied and try again.

That email was obtained when you purchased Premiere and is not related to any account, including the one here. Are you sure you created an account with that email?
