BUG ¿? Naming specific Chapter - The Simpsons Season 28 Episode 12-13

Dears, 

I'm strgugling on naming a double chapter of "The Simpsons" show in season 28.

The chapter 12 is a double chapter (12 & 13) and I've this named as: 

28x12-13 - El Gran Phatsby.s28e12e13.mkv

Emby is acting strangely as is showing the chapter 12 with descriptions of chapter 12 and 13 but still says chapter 13 is missing:

I'm pretty sure is something wrong with this show and Emby as in the same season there's another double chapter (21-22), named same as 12-13: 

28x21-22 - La Casa Moho - Ciudad Perro.s28e21e22.mkv

and showing it correctly on the season:

I've tried all combinations renaming the chapter as described here: https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001159110-tv-naming but the chapter 13 still appears missing.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi.  If you eliminate this:

from the file name, does it work properly?

Nope, still same issue.

Tried all naming options in the https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001159110-tv-naming 

Nothing works, and it's only this chapter of this show, I've dozens of double episodes and all of them are shown properly ...

Can you try removing the episode, do a library scan, then readd the episode.

I've already tried. Same issue after re-adding the chapter

Guys from support, can at least try to replicate the issue ?

I mean you don't need even the 2 chapters just to create the show and put a fake video named appropiate to see if the issue can be reproduced.

I can say I can not reproduce this.

But all of these quirks with missing showing when item is present usually come back to database issues.

If you created a NEW library with a NEW path and moved this series to the new location does it appear correctly?

If you write nfo files can you post the nfo file for this episode.
