arsenic0 1 Posted March 2, 2022 Posted March 2, 2022 So i have been a member for awhile, and my recurring payment for Feb happened on Feb 9th. I verified the payment went through and Google shows the subscription as active still for the Emby Premier for Android TV. On Feb 10th it says my license is no longer valid and expired. When i try to open and connect to my server it pops up the message that i need to re-buy my license. Havent had time to figure out whats going on until now but honestly im a little annoyed i've paid for a month that i didnt actually get. Any ideas how i go about fixing this? Below is the receipt, my active subscriptions, as well as the email i get when i request my lost key.
