As a user in a Chinese-speaking region, we also really need the ability to upload subtitles ourselves.

We download subtitle files from many sources (e.g. forums, subtitle websites), and each time we need to find the movie directory by ourselves, rename it, and upload it to the movie directory.

So it's really important to be able to upload subtitle files by ourselves.
