senad 15 Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Has anybody run into an issue with SRT subtitles in the latest version of the LG app? It goes out of sync as soon as I try to skip forward or back during the playback. The same subtitle works fine as long as I don't interrupt the playback. I am seeing the issue across a lot of material, both movies and TV shows, although not in all of them. I could find any correlation between the ones that exhibit the issue and the ones that don't. The issue only appeared after the last update.

Moreje 16 Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) I had the same issue, i needed to systematically correct for - 3850 ms to sync my subtitles.... but I modified some settings in subtitles transcoding and they synced back! I think the option that fixed my case was: allow subtitles extraction on the fly (it was unchecked for unknwn reason) Note that this problem was not present when playing from Android TV app... only with LG's one Edited March 5, 2022 by Moreje precision
