Cant get guide to load

So I got me a nice new HDHomeRun Prime so I can ditch my old win7 media machine.  Got the box plugged in and the cable card in and everything.  I try to set it up on emby, and I can't get it to work.  I setup the device as it should be setup and I can see all the channels in the listing.  Then I go to add the guide.  It doesn't really want to download or is incredibly slow or something.  Then I just try to limit it to just a handful of channels and just one day, but to no avail.  Then, I go to my backup box and install the device and setup the guide and it works fine.  No problems whatsoever.

 

Any clues what could be going on with my primary system?

Did you setup a tuner in Emby Server as well, or are you trying to run it through ServerWMC?

Through emby.

actually, that was the tip I needed.  I had to uninstall serverWMC.  Now it seems to be working.
