Search items where have characters such as apostrophe - No results

I have searched the forums but not found anything in the Linux area, wanted some assistance regarding search function where items have apostrophes in them.

If I search for a movie on my Emby app it won't find it if for example it has the name King's in it I wont get no results if I type Kings without the apostrophe. Is there any way around this as I assume the backend is a SQL database and I know how SQL and some programming doesn't like 'special' characters or symbols...

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but it only rarely happens on some films which include apostrophes mainly
