Hi on my LG It is almost impossible to play 4k content on my c9 LG tv 

Therefore I would like to check the current status of the maximum bitrate capabilities, can this be builded-in the new app?

Can you provide more information and an example?

I suspect you are playing a TrueHD or DTS track on a device that doesn't support it.  This will cause the audio to be converted and the file to be delivered via DirectStream which does not work well for high bitrate 4K/HEVC files.

Try changing to an AC3 track and see if that fixes the issue.

Will try that, van i manage these from the Emby dashboard ?

Select the AC3 audio track from the details screen for the movie, before you press play.
