Premiere Subscription

Hi, I hope someone can help. 

I migrated my Emby server to another computer, totally different hardware.

The premiere code will not work. It thanks me for updating and doesn't activate. I still have the click box to "Get emby premiere".

Any hints as to why its not working?

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

I should have stated that I have restarted the server a number of times. I have try'ed re-entering the code on the new server. Refreshed the page remotely and locally.

After much frustration, i put the premiere code back on my old server and was instantly activated. Going to new one, still no go

This would suggest the new system is not communicating with validation server.  Please post a server log from the new system.

Hopefully you can garner something useful from this. I shut it down at night.

Remote users are able to access fine.

Can you post a server log after removing premiere key, hitting save, then readding key and hitting save?  The log above does not show a validation request.
