Selecting image (poster) but not store in movie

I try many time to load an image for poster, i load image i see that is load, go to library select movie and select refresh metadati ...but image not change

Some suggestions ?

Are you saving artwork alongside your media files? If so, does Emby have the correct permissions to do so?

That is correct. However you also need to make sure that the computer account that is running Emby Server also has 'write' permissions to the location where your media files are stored.

What exactly did you select refresh metadata on? Did you check the box to replace existing images when you did that?

No....i change image selecting from my computer, load it e after go to movie and clicking on corner right botton of movie i select refresh metadati overdrive exiting.

Sry where i can select replace image?

If you replace the image file manually, you don't need to refresh metadata. Just run a regular library scan.
