Scrolling issue jumping to top of collection

Hello,

 

When I scroll down through my movie collection it glitches are jumps back to the top so its really difficult to view movies in my collection. Has anyone else had this issue? I noticed it myself a long time ago and now my girlfriend is yelling at me because of it lol.
