Carplay, where do playlists show up?

I can't find them on any screen in Carplay, need playlists. Are they there, if so, where?!

Hi @sfatula, do you have playlists as one of the top level sections in the web app for the same emby user?

Thanks for the comment, that is the missing piece. I do now, and, yes it shows. I just wish albums would show in carplay and I could play an album in order. Might be good enough for me  instead of a music app. I suppose I could make a playlist for an album for those rare albums I enjoy in order.

They do. Why do you think they don't? Of course they have to be part of the emby user's library first before they will be visible.

Well, on my iPhone I see in music library Albums, Album Artists, Artists, Composers, Playlists, Genres, Songs, Folders. All work fine. Same phone simply plugged in car in carplay, look at attached. So, what would I be doing wrong? From here, I can only see a few pieces of music, not my library. No Genres, artists, etc. I can see 2 screens of music, and then it just ends. Not sure what the deal is.

Right now it's just straight folder browsing but we'll look at adding the same set of categories that you see in the web app. Thanks.
