ass subtitle not sync to the video when resume play

Hi, I find ass subtitle is not sync with the video in resume play, play from beginning is no problem, srt subtitle both no problem, and I don't know why and when, all my traditional Chinese subtitle the name changed to simplified chinese, can help to check it?

Can make a plugin to auto generate srt when a ass/ssa subtitle in the video folder?
