New Content Added Notification

Is there a way to prevent these New Content notifications popping up in Windows 7? I have all options disabled in Advanced|Notifications in the Media Browser Configuration GUI.

it controls your notification inbox in the top right, and also, notification plugins if you have any installed

I have the video playback notification enabled and ticked the pushover and disabled the desktop notifications... Yet I still have playback notifications popup in the notification bar on the right in the web client... Should this not happen?
