Emby needs me to login whenever PC is restarted

I had to recently restore my Windows 10 to an earlier System Image however something strange has happened after the restoration. Whenever I restart my PC instead of Emby starting directly (because I have enabled it opening on Firefox), it instead shows me the login screen wherein I need to click on Lance for it to show me my library. This is strange because I have enabled auto login from settings. Am I missing something?

This is what I get whenever I start Emby:image.thumb.png.486a50404f6aee90206ef2539845ec03.png

Also attached is the current log. You should check for logs at around 11-02-2022 18:40? for when I restarted the app.

Hi, is web browsing data getting cleared by your browser?

Is the password saved locally on your computer or through your Google account?  I think browsers default to saving the password in a google account and you have to click the option in the pull down field, that no one notices, if you want to save the password locally.  Just a guess, the Emby startup happens before you login to your google account.  Then it may be dependent on the order of start up apps.  If emby loads first, then there is perhaps no password locally in your browser and therefore it keeps asking you for one.  If you go to your Google account and look for saved passwords, you may find it there.  It is dangerous, in my opinion to let google do that, because they can also grab bank and other important passwords, then if anyone can hack or guess your google login, they have your bank.

A lot of scammers pertend to be somebody else in email or chat and try to get enough info plus your gmail account to hack you.  You don't feel like you are giving anything away, but if they recover your password, then emptying your account is next.  I've seen this happen and I teach this in my Network security class.   Saving passwords in browsers when you have a gmail account starts the whole problem.  I would recommend deleting google saved passwords from your google account.

I have no idea if this is valid, but it seemed important to mention, just in case.

Nope, you don't need to be logged-in to any account, I use Ungoogled Chromium with no issues and automatic login - as long as browsing data is not cleared upon exit, as @Luke asked above.

Aha, Hmmm writing of the saved password  or whatever file controls that maybe doesn't have writing rights, so you cannot update or use the file, from your Windows session when you are logged in not with admin rights?  Another guess.  It's probably better to dig into the logs and details before guessing.  I look forward to reading what the answer is.  Good luck.
