Synology DSM7 cache folder location?

Hi,

New user here. I just converted one of my media files from VC1 to MP4/MKV (profile-TV) as "Original media folder, next to original files". Sync status says "Ready to transfer", but I am not able to locate this file in my original movies folder. Where did it go? - Original media folder, next to original files? Please advise...

looks like it got to this location by default but how do I get to it from a Windows 10 machine?

Enable SSH on the NAS and then connect using Terminal or WinSCP
