Missing some videos

Hi,

last days, I created new VPS, installed and configed a new emby same with old server, then found accidentally video items count is different between old server library (26,234 Items) and new server library (26,376 items).

I realized something was wrong, so I checked my videos folder, there actually have 26,647 videos , both servers missing some videos.

I dont know what happend and what should i do next? can you give me some advice?

I found where the missing videos are located subfolder. And the missing videos are concentrated in my 4 Actor subfolders. 

More incredible.

run ‘’scan library files' in Library —— Folders —— 4 Actor subfolder items, can found missing videos. 

But click ‘’scan library files' button in home screen section still can't not found them, like that these 4 subfolders had ignored.

 

By the way, my structure like this.

		-- Movie1
			-- Movie1.mp4
			-- Movie1.jpg
			-- Movie1.nfo
		-- Movie2
			-- Movie2.mp4
			-- Movie2.jpg

The scan is all over completed.

and then my two servers ignored different subfolders, missing diffrient videos.

I can only scanning those "be ignored folders" individually stupidly now.

Other interesting, with the exception of scanning "be ignored folders" individually, rename them to simply character can also make them "be valued".
Is that because of there have any incompatible character on subfolders name i guess? such as ひかり/あいり/ナオ? but others is working well, i dont know why.

I just update to 4.7.0.23 beta today, and after scanning completed, no missing videos here.

It seems that the problem has been solved.
