Hi,

I tried many times in vain to connect my Emby server to my Synology DS114 NAS Server.
How can I solve this problem?

Hi there, what exactly happens when you try to connect?

When I try to connect on the Emby application with the Synology folders, it simply doesn‘t accept the path I entered

Hi, what path are you trying to enter? Where are you trying to enter it?

I am entering in the Emby application the folder shared by Synology, but it doesn‘t accept it

What I would do is forget about Emby to start with. What you want to do is use your file manager (File Explorer) on Windows to create a mount point.
On Windows you could for example mount a drive Z: to your Synology media folder.  This process allows you to use any username and password you have already setup on the Synology and given read/write access to.  On Synology you will need to have Samba/CIFS and/or NFS setup and working of course to share files.

Once you have a Z: drive mounted you just use that in Emby Server.

If you're doing this on a Linux style OS you would do almost everything the same except you would create a new folder used to hold the mount point.  You could for example create a mount point /mnt/media that is then used as the mount point.  Once working you now just navigate to that location in Emby Server.
