Need Some Help to Get Hardware Transcoding Working

I've attached my logs.

I've noticed that hardware transcoding is unable to work and the server falls back to software transcoding.

I'm running a Docker container on a i5 Haswell series.

Am I missing something obvious?

I was able to sort this out.

Though the server presents the QuickSync decoders/encoder as available, they don't work in Linux with a Haswell series processor.
