Best way to secure emby

Since my Emby server is on a Qnap, i am asking for best way to secure.

I always run it in router vpn, but what other safe guards can i use ?

Hi, I'd probably start with making sure your users have passwords and then also setting up ssl.

Think i will go with NGINX, i wont jump right in, lots of reading to do.
