Tangsgod 22 Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 If I am not mistaken, when a librairie is updating, we see the progress (pourcentage & circle) for the file that is being processed, but not for the process of the librairie itself. Doing it that way, it's impossible to know how the updating progress goes. Is it the firsts files or is it the lasts files that are being processed? We can't know, we can't even know what the name of the file being processed, so, what the point? Displaying the progress for the whole librairie update has much more interest, because this is what we want to know : Having an idea if this is the begining or the end of the task 1
Tangsgod 22 Posted February 3, 2022 Author Posted February 3, 2022 (edited) I wanted to share this, because more than once I was like: "Am I going to go to bed now or will I stay awake 2 minutes more to see the result of the update" Well... 2 more circles, and if it keeps goings I'm going to bed Even now, I'm waiting for a librairie update to finish, but I have now idea where it is... Tangsgod 22 Posted February 4, 2022 Author Posted February 4, 2022 I found a picture as an exemple for what could be, the same bar that when the librairie is scaned for the first time : Credit to @Richard Branches for the picture

Tangsgod 22 Posted February 4, 2022 Author Posted February 4, 2022 When updating metadata or posters for instance
