Disable/Reduce Emby Server Logging

I'm running Emby Server with the official docker in Unraid. I'm posting here because I believe the "issue" is more to do with "normal" server operation than anything docker would introduce.

After the normal 12AM rotation of the log, about eight hours in, there are over 58,000 lines in embyserver.txt.

Lines 36 and 37 are:
2022-02-03 00:00:00.707 Info Server: http/1.0 OPTIONS http:///. UserAgent:
2022-02-03 00:00:00.707 Info Server: http/1.0 Response 200 to 10.10.22.1. Time: 0ms. http:///

Lines 58808 and 58809 are:
2022-02-03 07:49:37.947 Info Server: http/1.0 OPTIONS http:///. UserAgent:
2022-02-03 07:49:37.947 Info Server: http/1.0 Response 200 to 10.10.22.1. Time: 0ms. http:///

Almost every line (say 58600 of them) is the same thing. I'm thinking something might be misconfigured somewhere? There doesn't appear to be any way to disable/reduce it.
