Connexions à un nas sous windows avec samsung Galaxy Fold 3

Bonjour à tous

Voila, je vous explique mon problème,

Avec mon nsmartphone Huawei Mate 20X je peux atteindre mes deux nas (Zappitinas RIP 4K HDR Windows Server et Qnap TVS 872 XT de mon réseau intérieur ou d'un réseau extérieur Wifi/GSM sans problèmes.

Avec mon second smartphone Samsung Galaxy Fold 3, je peux atteindre les deux nas de mon réseau intérieur mais de l'extérieur je peux atteindre seulement le Qnap et pas le Zappiti.

Auriez-vous une idée car la je suis dépassé .

Merci beaucoup de m'avoir répondu.

Quand j'essaie de me connecter de l'extérieur avec mon Samsung Galaxy Fold 3, j'ai le message suivant:

"Erreur de connexion

Nous sommes dans l'impossibilité de nous connecter au serveur sélectionné. Veuillez vérifier qu'il est bien démarré et réessayez."

Je n'ai pas le problème avec mon Huawei Mate 20X.

J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

Bonjour Luc, j'ai essayé les deux mais sans succès sauf comme je l'ai dit sur mon Huawei Mate 20X aucun problème.

C'est le samsung Galaxy Fold 3 qui échoue avec exactement les même paramètres que le Huawei. Une histoire de fou.

Salut, avez-vous mis à jour Emby pour Android 3.2.43 ? Avez-vous toujours un problème avec cela?

Oui c'est bien la dernière version Emby. 

Et oui, malheureusement, j'ai toujours le problème, c'est une histoire de fou. 

J'espère que vous aurez une idée pour solutionner cela.

C'est mon serveur. 

Comme je vous l'ai dit j'en ai même 2.

Un ZAPPITINAS et un Qnap. 

Les 2 nas fonctionnent parfaitement de chez moi sur mes deux téléphones. 

Mais à l'extérieur seul mon Huawei voit les deux mais le Samsung galaxy fold 3 ne voit que le Qnap et pas le ZAPPITINAS. 

C'est une histoire de fou monsieur Luc.

This is most likely a setup issue.  If you have multiple Emby Servers they each need to be setup using different ports so they don't overlap each other.

That would of course mean setting up new port forwarding for each additional server on your home router.

Firstly many thanks for your help.

Yes, i have multiple emby  and one guys of community emby helped me with this and its ok.

I repeat, i can see my 2 sever emby at my home and out of my home with my huawei Mate 20, no problème.

But, my wife use an Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and she can see the 2 server at the home and only my Qnap nas out of my home and not my Zappiti nas out of my home.

Normaly it is not a big problème because she want access only for listen music and we have the same music on the 2 nas.

The problem is that at the moment some assholes are attacking the Qnap nas with ransonware and I had to remove the remote access so that she no longer has access to the music because the Samsung does not access the Zappiti nas from a distance.

The 2 smartphones are however configured in the same way, I searched for hours but nothing...
Today I just received an email from Qnap for a nas update which should solve the ransonware problem and I will therefore reopen the ports for remote access, which will bring back remote access for the Samsung.

Now I have another question that I asked before: I know you don't want Emby to be able to play .iso movies.
I think you said it took a long time and not many people were interested.
I am ready to buy the much more expensive Emby license to have access to this functionality. And I know I'm not the only one who wants this feature.
Please give me some hope, for me this is the ultimate feature of Emby, I have 4000 .iso movies in my 2 nas and I keep growing the collection and I don't want to having to split all my .iso/.mkv movies.

I keep hope.

If there's enough user demand then certainly we could spend more time on .iso development.

Oh my God, Glory to Luc!

Now the ball is in the court of those who have already requested .iso and I hope they will see what you just said.

Emby would become "La Rolls" even if it is already "a Rolls" in terms of ease of exterior access!

Maybe you can do a banner with survey first and engagement second.

Many people only have .iso in their nas and they complain that they can't access it remotely so some go to .mkv with death in their souls.

Today it is increasingly easy to be able to cast outside of your home, at the hotel, with family, with friends thanks to equipment with this function.
