Improve bif-generation when "..when media is added" is checked

When bif-files are generated as media is added, it holds up the library scan since it waits until generation is complete before continuing the scan.

This causes massive delays when huge amounts of new media is added  - especially considering the low speed of bif-generation.

This could be improved upon by creating a separate process, into which new media yet to be processed is queued.

Or simply run Thumbnail image extraction task manually immediately upon Scan while having Library Thumbnails Generation as a scheduled task only, not when media is added as well?

Agree with Grim - this is exactly what we do for the IntroSkip Plugin as well (to generate the new Intro thumbnails) - the 'Thumbnail Image Extraction' task is run automatically after the 'IntroSkip' tasks.
