Use Initials Instead of Image of Actors

I'm a freak for consistency and I'm not a fan of actor pictures being all different so I was wondering if there's a way in Emby to just show generic images with the actor's initials.  I believe Plex does something like that when there is no actor image available.  Having the initials as the picture still makes it easy to pick out which actor is which without having to read the full name underneath the image.  Unfortunately Emby just shows a generic images without initials or any other customized information.  Although I have seen screenshots of colored images with the actor's name as the picture.  So I'm not sure if that's client dependant.  Is there a way to accomplish what I'm after for all clients?
