Hi, we would need more information from you such as what client you are playing back from.  Is it a 4K client that can play back HDR content?
If not do you transcoding setup to tone mapping setup to convert the HDR to SDR?

What we need to help you is a copy of the server log and any ffmpeg log files created during the playback attempt.
We should be able to see what's going on after looking at the log files.
