Can't move up or down the metadata providers

I can't choose the order of the providers it simply doesn't move or change. I have to Close Emby Theater, use the web client to make the change, then re open Emby theater.

I can reproduce this on Theater Desktop 3.0.15. Theater Store 1.1.395.0 seems unaffected. @Luke

Testing this this is only an issue when connected to server 4.6.7.0, this works fine for me connected to beta 4.7.0.22.
