"Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available" LG TV

Hi,

Recently I found a movie, which Emby couldn't play. I'm sending a screenshot of the movie details, just for your information.

When I play the movie with enabled external subtitles I get: Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available.

When I disable the subtitles, the movie is played.

 

I have LG OLED C1 TV and WD MyCoud EX2 Ultra. The logs are attached.

Hi, I'm not sure what the issue is here, but I think this will be improved with the upcoming 4.7 server release.

Having said that, you'll generally get a better experience with plain text subtitle formats such as srt.
