Trailers plugin causes local trailers to be ignored.  Is this expected behavior?

Hi there, can you please describe what you mean exactly? Thanks.

On a movie where a local trailer is stored, the trailer that's launched is from Youtube instead of local.

I reported a similar complaint a while back. This workaround might help you:

...when I add a local trailer to a movie Emby has already decided to link to a youtube trailer, I have to manually run 'scan media library' before Emby will drop the youtube trailer and start using my local trailer.

In your folder structure, that trailer actually does not belong to any movie as it is multi-version folder, and trailer name has to be exactly <moviename>-trailer, i.e. Starship Troopers (1997) - 1080p-trailer.

You can just drop that in \trailers subfolder, upon which it should be recognized/played.

You can DL trailers yourself and store them locally with media (all my media has local trailers) or use whatever is provided with Trailers plugin.

I want to play one of the few Dolby ATMOS demo trailers that I have downloaded from here
http://thedigitaltheater.com/dolby-trailers/
before I see a movie. Since these are not specific to the movie I'm about to watch, how do I get one of these to play before my movie?
