Running as service on Windows 10 Pro

Is there a way to get Emby running as a service on a windows 10 pro setup, so runs without the need to login to the computer after a reboot?

I've seen the thread for setup on a server os, but not on a standard windows 10 os

Is there a reason that when you install the emby server it does not install as a service, meaning you have to actively login on the computer

thanks, not sure what has happened after following that but according to emby I now have 248 libraries, 247 of them are the recordings folder for the tv side and don't seem to be easy way of getting rid of them

Managed to get it all working and fixed the issue of it deciding to add 247 libraries for Recordings

But why must we use a hack like that to get it running as a service, surely you should be able to create the necessary calls within the installer to install as a service?

Unfortunately, it isn't quite that simple anymore.  Remember the server runs on a multitude of platforms, not just Windows.
