Hi,

I have just discovered something wrong with the Emby Home page Latest TV Shows area.

Instead of displaying newest first, I am getting older if not inactive shows.

Probable cause ? One of the five tv show drivepool hdd went missing yesterday morning, I disconnected and reconnected the drive and all is well since.

The odd thing is Files Date Modified (and also Files Date Created) seems about right, so why are those shows being presented as my latest ?

Likely there was a Library scan in-between and that show got effectively removed and re-added.

What is your settings for "Date added behaviour for new content:" in Settings>Library>Advanced tab?

Hi Mr Reaper ! 🙂

Use Date Scanned Into the Library.

I think you found the issue, as the other option is Use File Creation Date.

Which of those is default ?

Whatever you prefer, depends on preference. In your case, I'd guess "File Creation Date" would do the trick as it would put it way below, in 2018. Note that you'd have to remove that show, scan library, and re-add it for changes to be applied.
