Unable to start movie (Solved)

Hi..I have a little problem..I wanted to start The Emperor's New Groove.. I released the movie and error "Playback error "


The others are OK...I don't know why it doesn't work...Thank you

Emby version: 4.6.7.0
Synology: DS216play (DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2)

Hi....It's weird that it doesn't work....I had to make a transfer "The.Emperors.New.Groove.2000.1080p.BluRay.H264.AAC-RARBG"....I don't know why it works for me .... I made a transfer and ok :-)...
