Email plugin works, Emby wont cooperate?

Hey guys, I seem to be having an issue getting the email plugin to work right with Emby

Followed this guide to setup Emby, have hMailserver on the rig, all is setup correctly there

if i run the test on the email plugin, it sends off 6? not sure if thats working as intended  -- looks like that is right, sending off 6 cause I have 6 users?

I have "user locked out" enabled in notifications, and email notifications ticked

If I go to the "forgot password" page and enter a username, no email gets sent?

Just for a sanity check I enabled email notifications for all actions of playback, nothing sent.

I have debug logging enabled and theres really not much of any help there, just a post and response

Any suggestions on how to rectify?

Update; it seems installing 3.1.5 of the email plugin finally triggers an "Email Notifications was updated" notification, as well as a "Emby Server needs to be restarted" notification

after rebooting Emby updates back to 3.1.6... i have set <EnableAutoUpdate>false</EnableAutoUpdate> in the settings.xml but I suppose this doesnt apply to plugins

How can I stop plugins from auto updating?

Alrighty, last update, after installing 3.1.5, rebooting, then letting it update and rebooting again, I have started getting email notifications

It seems perhaps I dont understand the use of the "user locked out" notification? how does this ever get triggered? I can sit at the login page and make repeated attempts on a users account and it never gets locked out, I can go to the forgot password page and enter a users username, and again, nothing is triggered except for the post + response you see above

thoroughly confused on the purpose of this notification

Hi, this is a placeholder notification that has never been used as the core server never actually locks a user out. the intended usage is to lock a user out after a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts.

Ahhhhhhhhh! Well that explains it, are there any plans for this?
