los.angelme 0 Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Hi All, I'm getting exact the same error as the OP. The thing is it only gives the error for the second Trakt user. It's working ok for my user. The PIN for the second user is entered. All the other suggestions like remove Trakt plug in, delete the conf. etc done. Same issue persists. Server is running in Docker in Debian 11. Here is the error: Quote *** Error Report *** Version: 4.6.7.0 Command line: /system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /config -ffdetect /bin/ffdetect -ffmpeg /bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /bin/ffprobe -restartexitcode 3 Operating system: Linux version 5.10.0-9-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc-10 (Debian 10.2.1-6) 10.2.1 20210110, GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.35.2) #1 S Framework: .NET Core 3.1.21 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 12 Data path: /config Application path: /system MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: BadRequest at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsyncInternal(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.PostToTrakt(String url, Object data, CancellationToken cancellationToken, TraktUser traktUser) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.RefreshUserAuth(TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.SetRequestHeaders(HttpRequestOptions options, TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.GetFromTrakt(String url, CancellationToken cancellationToken, TraktUser traktUser) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.SendGetAllWatchedMoviesRequest(TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.ScheduledTasks.SyncFromTraktTask.SyncTraktDataForUser(User user, Double currentProgress, CancellationToken cancellationToken, IProgress`1 progress, Double percentPerUser) Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void MoveNext() 2022-01-23 20:21:46.021 Error Trakt: Error syncing trakt data for user xxxxxx *** Error Report *** Version: 4.6.7.0 Command line: /system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /config -ffdetect /bin/ffdetect -ffmpeg /bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /bin/ffprobe -restartexitcode 3 Operating system: Linux version 5.10.0-9-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc-10 (Debian 10.2.1-6) 10.2.1 20210110, GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.35.2) #1 S Framework: .NET Core 3.1.21 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 12 Data path: /config Application path: /system MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: MediaBrowser.Model.Net.HttpException: BadRequest at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsyncInternal(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.PostToTrakt(String url, Object data, CancellationToken cancellationToken, TraktUser traktUser) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.RefreshUserAuth(TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.SetRequestHeaders(HttpRequestOptions options, TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.GetFromTrakt(String url, CancellationToken cancellationToken, TraktUser traktUser) at Trakt.Api.TraktApi.SendGetAllWatchedMoviesRequest(TraktUser traktUser, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Trakt.ScheduledTasks.SyncFromTraktTask.SyncTraktDataForUser(User user, Double currentProgress, CancellationToken cancellationToken, IProgress`1 progress, Double percentPerUser) at Trakt.ScheduledTasks.SyncFromTraktTask.Execute(CancellationToken cancellationToken, IProgress`1 progress) Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void MoveNext()
Luke 42078 Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 hi there @los.angelme please attach the complete emby server log. thanks !
los.angelme 0 Posted January 31, 2022 Author Posted January 31, 2022 Hi, this was due to the second user is already using the Trakt account for another Emby server. Trakt probably was sending an error because of this. If the error messages could be more telling it would be great. I have another question. Is it possible to export watched statuses to Trakt from Emby ? Vise versa is possible but couldn't find anything about this. Thanks.

Hi, yes the Trakt plugin creates scheduled tasks in Emby Server that you can run manually as needed.

There are 2 options under Scheduled Tasks: Import playstates from Trakt.tv Sync library to trakt.tv I run the first one since i don't want to sync the libraries but the playstates. It's one-way only. It doesn't export playstates to Trakt which i need. Thanks.
Luke 42078 Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 @los.angelme have the latest updates to the Trakt plugin helped with this?
