Live TV some channels do not transcode

Hi@all

I have the problem that some live TV channels are not transcoded and make direct playback and therefore do not work on IOS or FireTV.

They are all HD channels and according to the log emby does not find a codec.
Settings are pretty much all on default.
Does anyone have any ideas?

What I forgot. In the internal network everything works fine, only outside the network I have the problem that some channels are not transcoded.

Hi @RSQuattro can you please attach the main emby server log from an example? You said the channels are not transcoding, but the two logs you provided are transcoding. Thanks.

Hi Luke,
attached are the two logs.
Unfortunately, with some channels, Emby does not transcode and shows Direct Streaming in the software and the channels do not work. In general, the transcoding works perfectly, but not for some live TV channels.
What could be the problem?

Are you able to play the same channel using the web app?

I just tried the Emby Theater app on Windows and those channels don't work there either.
Is it possible that it is because of these channels
