[AndroidTV] video problem

I feel like we should be able to solve this client side within the app.  Mpeg4 is not a complex format. I would think the device can handle it with software decoding if the hardware decoder doesn't handle it very well.

The hard part is making the decision whether to do that or not.

Does this happen with all divx or do you have some that play fine?

In all my test all divx and xvid wasn't playing..

Thanks. Can you provide a sample video for testing? We need to learn if this is a device specific problem or not. Thanks.

Hi.  Use the playback correction to cause a transcode.  XVid is very problematic on modern devices.
