hooj1981 5 Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Hi. I've got a single user who has forgotten their Emby Connect credentials. When using the password reset function on app.emby.media they receive the reset email as expected but when clicking on the link provided, get the error: "you are not awaiting validation for a lost password request" and cannot proceed. I've tested my account and can reset my password fine, so unsure what the issue is here.
Happy2Play 9785 Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Tested without issue also. @Abobaderyou have any ideas?

hooj1981 5 Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 I don't think they are, at least not intentionally. They are just using their phone via home wifi AFAIK. Is there IP address checking on the PW reset function or something?
